Trägårn

Located in Duved in Sweden, Trägårn is a restaurant from Marion Falk and Victor Wembrand (they have experience from Oaxen, Ekstedt, Gastrologik, and Fäviken Magasinet). Besides a focus on local produce, zero waste, and sustainability, they aim to re-create the experience of eating at home, where pots and pans are put in front of the guests, allowing them to serve themselves.
