Located in St. Hanshaugen in Oslo, Vaquera Verde was a plant-focused Mexican café from chef Montserrat Garza (formerly of Quintonil) together with the restaurant group The Core (Way Down South, NightPig, Nye Gressholmen Kro) with a special focus on cocktails.
