Bhoga Value-For-Money New Nordic Tasting Menu

Chefs Gustav Knutsson and Niclas Yngvesson’s restaurant Bhoga has held a Michelin star since 2014. This New Nordic restaurant offers great value-for-money tasting menus – choose between a 5-course (SEK 650), 7-course (SEK 800) or 9-course (SEK 900). All wines are natural, organic, and biodynamic wines from small producers.

The meal started with a beautiful seafood platter of langoustine, mackerel, and turbot, and continued with a series of delicious vegetable dishes. Some of our favorites included the grilled celeriac with rainbow trout roe, the tartelettes with chanterelle and Wrångebäck cheese and the Jerusalem artichoke, potato, and shaved truffles from Gotland.
