Have you ever wanted to join Kaitlin and me on one of our food trips? Now’s your chance! From June 27th to 30th this summer, we invite you to join our guided food tour to Singapore. Together, we’ll be dining at three of the city’s best fine dining restaurants, touring the top sights, and stuffing our faces with hawker stall street food in between tasting menus. In short – it’s going to be an epic food adventure in one of the world’s most exciting culinary destinations! Reserve your spot on the trip here.

The lovely Danish couple Kristina and Anders took part in my last food tour to Copenhagen, and had this to say afterward:

– We joined Anders’ tour because it sounded incredibly exciting – a food trip where we could eat at some of the best restaurants Copenhagen had to offer. Additionally, we thought it could be a fun way to meet other foodies who had the same passion and joy about food and wine as us. Eating in a larger group is almost like having a party, and we would not hesitate to join again.

An Exciting Time to be in Singapore

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants will be announced in Singapore on June 25th – two days prior. That means all the world’s best chefs, foodies, and other industry people will be in town – a super exciting time to be there as the city will be bustling. I was in Singapore in November last year and tried all of the best eats in the city to make sure I could craft the perfect eatinerary for this food tour.

What We Are Eating

Our Singapore eatinerary includes the following:

  • The unique counter-dining experience Burnt Ends.
  • The Swedish three Michelin-starred Frantzén’s sister restaurant Zén.
  • The best restaurant in Asia on the World’s 50 Best list – Odette.
  • All my favorite hawker stall street food! Dim sum, dumplings, noodle soups, Hainanese chicken rice, Singapore-style chili crab, weird local stuff you’ve never seen before – the lot.
