Nickie Mydung and her team of extraordinary ladies have been building an all-day menu at Atelier LÚA, bringing in their various cultures from East Asia to make unique and super tasty food. On Sunday, July 2nd, she will close the restaurant for a private Hungries takeover!
On the menu:
- Pickled chicken feet with kumquat in fish sauce and chili
- Char Siu toast – honey & soy BBQ pork roast served in house-baked brioche with a quail egg
- Bun Bo Hue – spicy lemongrass beef noodle soup served with beef balls & oxtail
- Choux pastry with black sesame ganache & passion fruit curd
- A choice between Vietnamese coffee or Iki yuzu beer
