Description

Join The Hungries for a sool tasting with Yunguna Brewery at Propaganda on Tuesday, November 21st.

The Danish-Korean founder of Yunguna Brewery, Emilie Yung Meiling, seeks to introduce traditional Korean sool into a modern European gastronomic scene. As the girl-boss-brewer at Yunguna, Emilie spends most of her time with her “head in a tank full of rice at the brewery in Nordhavn,” but Emilie is taking a break to join The Hungries for a guided sool tasting at Propaganda. The Korean restaurant Propaganda is a collaboration between Italian natural wine pusher Riccardo Marcon of Barabba and Korean-born chef Youra Kim.

The event includes a full set menu dinner at Propaganda, put together specially for The Hungries, paired with sool from Yunguna Brewery. Emilie will educate us on sool and answer all our questions about the brewing process and Korean drink culture in general.
