Located in The Royal Park of Djurgården, Stockholm, AIRA is Chef Tommy Myllymäki and Svenska Brasserier‘s new restaurant. The Bocuse d’Or silver and bronze-winning chef is interpreting the Nordic cuisine using traditional cooking techniques. The restaurant is located in an architecturally impressive new venue with 50 seats plus a chambre separée that can seat an additional 18 people. There will be an à la carte menu as well as a tasting menu.
