Alexanders Bistro

The latest addition to Carlsberg Byen is Alexanders Bistro. The concept has many different rooms with different themes. One room is a restaurant, a Danish/French bistro with a focus on sustainable, seasonal ingredients, with Frederik Buch Fransson as head chef. Another room is a cozy living room with a library of board games, another room has shuffleboard and a foosball table, there is an Italian café with espresso drinks, and there is an ice cream shop with over 30 ice cream flavors as well as chocolates from Peter Beier.
