Named after the Italian Grappa producer, Romano Levi, Restaurant Levi is a casual restaurant in the city center of Copenhagen. Chef Andrea Calducci marries Italian and Japanese cuisine in his informal, à la carte menu. The dishes change weekly, but there is always lots of seafood and pasta on the menu. Owners Jesper Boelskifte and Peter Trauboth (who also have worked together on the concepts Mash, Umami, and Bistro Sommelier) are in charge of the wine program, with bottles primarily from Italy and France. The extensive wine list leans classical but also has some natural producers including Foradori, Frank Cornelissen, and Gut Oggau.
