Bageriet B

Located in Nørrebro in Copenhagen, Bageriet B is a bakery from Sam Little (formerly of SMK Kafeteria and Mirabelle). The concept is a responsible bakery – for the environment, the community, as well as the staff. Besides a focus on local & organic ingredients and zero waste, the staff also owns shares in the company. On the menu are sourdough bread, laminated pastries, and cakes. The working name was Blond Bageri, but that was changed upon opening.
