Located at Solli Plass in Oslo, in the former venue of Topphem, Brasserie Coucou is a French brasserie from chef James Ian Maxwell-Stewart (Cru, Ludo) and the former Norwegian ski athlete Thomas Alsgaard. Aleksander Iversen (formerly of Omakase by Vladimir Pak) is the sommelier.
