Located inside the Grand Hotel in Stockholm is By Mathias Dahlgren, the new restaurant concept from chef Mathias Dahlgren, in the former venue of his restaurant Rutabaga. Now, the restaurant is a “seafood gastro,” and will serve a tasting menu with a focus on fish and shellfish.
