Casa Salsitas

Located in Stavanger in Norway, Casa Salsitas is an authentic Mexican restaurant focused on the traditional cuisine of the Michoacán region in West Mexico. On the menu are tacos, antojitos (street food style appetizers), and aguas frescas (non/alcoholic fresh drinks based on fruit, cereals, flowers, or seeds) made in a traditional Michoacán style but with local Norwegian elements. The restaurant has a greenhouse in Finnøy where they grow most of their ingredients. Salsitas is also a brand of salsas for sale in Norwegian grocery stores.
