Medvind

Located in Hanstholm in Denmark, Medvind was a seafood restaurant from chef Emilie Qvist Kjærgaard (formerly of Relæ, Amass, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns) and Emma Milner. The seafood is purchased fresh every morning from the local seafood auction, and the menu might therefore change daily depending on what’s available.
