Contento

Located on Jægersborggade in Nørrebro in Copenhagen, is Contento, a Basque-style pintxos bar from Mathias Silberbauer. The bar is located right next to his other restaurant, Silberbauers Bistro. On the menu, you’ll find traditional tapas, like the Spanish tortilla, txistorra (a chorizo-like sausage), the Gilda (a San Sebastian signature snack with peppers, olives, and anchovies), and, of course, the Basque cheesecake. Note: on January 20, 2023, Contento moved into the former Tigermom space on Ryesgade in Nørrebro.
