Domæne

Located in Herning, Denmark is Restaurant Domæne – a Nordic fine dining restaurant using mainly local ingredients, but combined with traditional luxury ingredients from all over the world. The head chef is Jens Vincent (formerly of Ti Trin Ned and Treetop), and the restaurant manager and wine director is Joakim Thomassen (formerly of Lyst). The restaurant is situated inside a wooden dome.
