Restaurant Hâidan is a seafood restaurant from chef Gabriele Rizzo in Copenhagen. Hâidan started inside the food market Tolboden Seaside in May 2021, before opening inside The Audo in Nordhavn in August 2022. The tasting menu is eighteen courses and focuses primarily on seafood and shellfish, at 1800 DKK a person. Rizzo is aiming for a Michelin star. Hâidan closed permanently in May of 2023.
