The popular bakery chain owned by René Redzepi has opened a fourth location in Kødbyen. The new Hart Bageri is located at Høkerboderne 17 in the meatpacking district. Hart also has locations in Frederiksberg, Holmen, and Refshaleøen. Founder Richard Hart has recently moved to Mexico City with one of his former head bakers, Karishma Sanghi. Presumably Hart will expand with locations in Mexico as well. Operations at Hart are now run by Talia Richard-Carvajal and R+D chef Cannelle Deslandes (formerly of Cadence).
