The former Asian crossover restaurant NordØst is getting a new concept based on California-style Mexican cuisine. The new restaurant, Héctor, will be able to seat 300 people. Head chef: June Sasithon Thongphueng. Head bartender: Malin Stavsøien. Owners: Gustav Witzøe and Heidi Gjerdrum.
