Located next to the library in Trondheim, Isaks is bakery by chef Frederic Klev from restaurant Sellanraa. The bakery will offer sourdough made with ancient grains, sweet pastries, homemade soda, plus a soft-serve made with milk from Fannremsgården. There will also be carefully selected teas and a Trondheim hybrid of ramen and sodd (local vegetable and meat soup) that they call “Soddoff.”
