Seid

The new K8 building by Base Property is home to two concepts from chefs Karl Erik Pallesen (Fisketorget) and Sigurdur Runar Ragnarson (Spiseriet and Konserthuset). The first concept is Fabel, a café on the ground floor, and the other is Seid, a grill restaurant and sky bar on the top (16th) floor. Seid has a focus on barbecue, with a grill in the middle of the restaurant and ingredients from the land, mountains, beach, and sea. The focus is on good drinks, good ingredients, but in a relaxed setting for everyone. The sky bar aims to make some of Norway’s best cocktails.
