Fabel

The new K8 building by Base Property is home to two concepts from chefs Karl Erik Pallesen (Fisketorget) and Sigurdur Runar Ragnarson (Spiseriet and Konserthuset). The first concept is Fabel, a café on the ground floor, and the other is Seid, a grill restaurant and sky bar on the top (16th) floor. Fabel serves dishes made from seasonal ingredients, inspired by food from all over the world. The focus is good coffee alongside fast-paced, good service. The menu changes frequently, with some fixed dishes, and both take-away and in-house dining are offered.
