Chef Kristian Baumann’s Korean-inspired fine dining restaurant Koan started as a pop-up inside the Empirical distillery, then moved to a temporary location inside the former Relæ space on Jægersborggade. In spring 2023, Koan found a permanent home, on Langelinie, the pier and promenade by the Little Mermaid statue.
