Møntergade

Restaurateurs Simon Olesen, Rasmus Amdi Larsen, and Karina Pedersen have taken over the corner of Møntergade and Vognmagergade in Copenhagen which used to host Restaurationen (the former owners, Lisbeth and Bo Jacobsen, are retiring). Møntergade is a “smørrebrød” (open-faced sandwich) restaurant by the former front of house team and head chef at restaurant Palægade together with investor Henning Kruse Pedersen. For a few months, restaurant Møntergade was located in the building across the street at Gammel Mønt 41, which now houses Mønten from the same team.
