Oranje

Located on a historic boat in Nyhavn in Copenhagen is Oranje, a sustainable seafood-focused restaurant from chef Steffen Egebo Nielsen (formerly Gemyse), Jørgen Kragh Oranje, Robertas Paskauskas, and Mikkel Irminger Sarbo. The goal is to provide a high-quality restaurant in Nyhavn, with local ingredients sourced from some of the best suppliers in Copenhagen – gently caught fish from Fiskerikajen, classic wines from Theis Vine, natural wines from Azienda, coffee from Prolog, beer from To Øl and Gamma, and cider from Æblerov. There is a small tapas menu above deck, and a full restaurant below deck.
