SAJI

Located on Studiestræde, just a few meters from their old workplace, is SAJI, an Indonesian restaurant from Samuel Tobing and Jimmy Orlando. The duo has been friends since culinary school over a decade ago, and previously worked together at the Vietnamese restaurant La Tre Street Kitchen. Now, they will cook straightforward food inspired by their home country of Indonesia.
