Located in the heart of Hellerup is Parsley Salon, a fine dining restaurant from chef Allan Schultz (formerly KONRAD, Café Victor). There are two tasting menus available, a Menu Ordinaire and a Menu Vegetarian, both consisting of snacks and seven dishes, priced at 1100 DKK and 850 DKK respectively. The menu features primarily classic dishes like quail stuffed with sweetbreads, monkfish foie gras terrine, or Coquilles Saint Jacques (gratinated scallops).
