Located in the city center of Oslo, in the former Lofthus Samvirkelag on St. Olavs plass, Panu is a wine bar and bistro from Maciek Sulek (formerly of Tranen). The head chef is Anders Erlandsson – formerly of Pjoltergeist, Geranium, and Alchemist (where he was the assistant head chef).
