Located at Damsgård in Bergen, Pop-ups was a temporary restaurant concept replacing Litleré Mat after it closed. Stian Holme continued as head chef and Simon Nilsen took over as restaurant manager. Every week, a new pop-up concept opened with food that people have cravings for, like fried chicken and tantanmen. Guests chefs appeared occasionally. Pop-ups closed in the first week of August and was replaced by Aster.
