Villette

Located on Fælledvej 12 in the Nørrebro neighborhood of Copenhagen is Villette, a new restaurant and bar from Martin Ho and Jesper Emil Norrie (the owners of Pompette and Poulette).  The head chef is Marissa Lippert from NYC, who previously owned Nourish Kitchen + Table in the West Village. The fare will be similar in style to her previous restaurant – delicious and nutritious, fresh, seasonal food that happens to be healthy-ish. Of course, there will be natural wine, a lot like what you find on the shelves at Pompette. General manager: Daníel Örn Einarsson.
