This adorable cafe located right behind Nyhavn is not your average dessert shop. In addition to their sweet treats, Winterspring also serves an absolutely stunning Nordic afternoon tea, complete with three tiers of brioche buns, sweet pastries, as well as full-sized savory dishes. We especially loved the cabbage and egg yolk puff pastry shell, and the apple and pickled sea buckthorn dessert.
