Modern Swedish restaurant Koka is a semi-casual fine dining restaurant with one Michelin star. Chefs Johan Björkman and Jonas Larsson serve a New Nordic tasting menu based on local and seasonal ingredients from the west of Sweden. Standout dishes on our last visit included the carrots with goat cheese, marigold, and quinoa, and the beef with string beans and coriander. Added bonus: the wines are mostly natural!
