Located in Vika in Oslo, as part of VIA Village, De Mi Tierra is an empanada food stall from two Argentinian chefs, Romina and Nicolas, with experience from Maaemo and À L’aise. De Mi Tierra started out as a pop-up concept from home during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020. As a pop-up, they offered both raw empanadas to cook yourself at home, as well as fried or baked, with flavors like creamy corn, chicken, beef filling, and the empanada of the week. The name, de mi tierra, is Spanish, meaning “from my earth.”
