Located on Studiestræde in the heart of Copenhagen is Red Tiger, was an eatery serving dishes from all over Asia – everywhere from Malaysia to Japan to Singapore to Korea to India. The cuisine was a fusion of Asian dishes made with local Danish ingredients. To drink, there was a self-service wine fridge as well as cocktails. The team: Suriya Jyrk, Henrik Jyrk (KUL, Ibu), Mads Peter Jakobsen (Kødbyens Fiskebar), and Lasse Askov Meyer (Kombo, Picnic, Prolog Coffee Bar). Red Tiger closed in October 2022.
