Located in Vesterbro in Copenhagen, Sanchez is a Mexican restaurant from Rosio Sanchez. The former head pastry chef at Noma already has her own taqueria, Hija de Sanchez, with locations in Torvehallerne and Kødbyen. Sanchez Cantina is a full-scale restaurant with a tasting menu and à la carte dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine, with some added inspiration from the New Nordic kitchen.
