Spildr

Located on the east side of Stavanger, in an old building owned by Norsk Stål, Spildr is a fine dining seafood restaurant from the Gnag restaurant group (Fortou and Angr). Every table has a sea view. A chef’s table experience is available. There’s also a wine & cocktail bar with both natural and conventional wine. Head chef: Magnus Paaske (formerly of Söl).
