Bageriet B

Located in Nørrebro, Bageriet B will be a bakery from Sam Little (formerly of SMK Kafeteria and Mirabelle). The concept is a responsible bakery – for the environment, the community, as well as the staff. The bakery will focus on local, organic ingredients and zero waste, and will sell sourdough bread, laminated pastries, and cakes. Opening mid July.

Esmée

Andreas Bagh’s new restaurant (on the other side of Kongens Nytorv) will be named Esmée. The former head chef of Marchal, left his position at Hotel d’Angleterre to open his own casual brasserie. The food is rooted in classic French dishes, but with a lighter, fresher Nordic touch, as is Bagh’s signature. The menu is à la carte, and it’s a place you can drop by for oysters and cocktails as well as for a full meal. At the core of the restaurant is an open kitchen with a rotisserie. Esmée will open on July 5th.
