Located in Nordhavn in Copenhagen is the fourth location of the Mexican restaurant concept from chef Rosio Sanchez (the former head pastry chef at Noma). Hija de Sanchez Cantina is a hybrid of the flagship restaurant Sanchez and the simpler taquerias, Hija de Sanchez, which has locations in Torvehallerne and Kødbyen.
