Jatak
Located in Nørrebro in Copenhagen, in the old venue of the cocktail bar Gilt, Jatak is a Cantonese restaurant from Jonathan Tam’s (former head chef of Relæ). The name stems from the most common reply from a cook to a head chef in Nordic kitchens, “Ja, tak!” (meaning, “Yes, thank you!” or “Yes, chef!”). After much anticipation, Jatak finally opened its doors officially on January 14. Reservations for February are already sold out – stay tuned to their IG for their March releases.
