The first restaurant to open at Banegaarden, the food hall in the railway town between Vesterbro and Sydhavnen, is Lade 609. Chef Linus Kanfall (previously of Kadeau, La Banchina, Relæ, and Mirabelle) is head chef and Bo Bratlann (previously of Noma, Amass, and La Banchina) is sommelier and restaurant manager. The drinks list is all-natural and organic, and the menu showcases local, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is inspired by outdoor kitchens and most of the food is prepared on the grill outside and then served family-style.
