The Cookie Aisle – June 5th

Copenhagen’s best cookies are not found in one of the city’s best bakeries, but in a pop-up from Helen Fodnæss. This American/Norwegian home baker churns out a few varieties of American-style cookies; our favorites are “the original” (chocolate chip with roasted hazelnut) and the “snickerdoodle riff” (with brown butter and cinnamon). DM her on Instagram to pre-order your cookies for the next drop, on June 5th.
