Focaccia Take-Away at Brace – November 19th

Restaurant Brace is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, what diners always dream of: the opportunity to buy their bread serving as take-away. And if you’ve been to Brace in the last couple of years, you know this isn’t just any old bread serving. This is one of the best breads we’ve had at a fine dining restaurant. In fact, last year it made it onto our Top 25 Dishes of 2021 list. So, trust us when we say you don’t want to miss the chance to get your hands on their signature focaccia. Chef Nicola Fanetti actually described it as a focaccia/sfincione hybrid – a fluffy bread which is first steamed and then baked, resulting in a creation reminiscent of a caramelized doughnut. After baking, it’s brushed with maple syrup, sprinkled with rosemary and sea salt, and served with black currant butter on the side – the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors. On November 19th only, you can take home a box with the bread, the black currant butter, and reheating instructions for 150 DKK. Only 50 boxes available – click here to book yours.
